Primetime Cable Ratings: April 20, 2014
GAME OF THRONES is a beast for HBO. In week three, it rose week-to-week, in both viewers and young demographics, and equaled it's all-time best viewership total, from just two weeks earlier. It will, once again, be the #1 cable program of the week.
The NBA Playoffs are underway and TNT is getting good numbers for these early games. Between the early and late evening games, the network averaged 4 million viewers, over a 5-6 hour period. The numbers will only get better as each round goes deeper into the series and the playoffs move deeper into the rounds.
Off the chart, MAD MEN collected under two million viewers for it's second episode of the season, falling around similarly rated programs like Disney's JESSIE and TLC's LONG ISLAND MEDIUM.
