Disney and DISH have come to a unique agreement:
The Walt Disney Company and DISH have signed an agreement to settle the dispute over DISH's Hopper DVR service. The agreement has Disney dismissing it's litigation against DISH and the satellite company will disable the "hopping" feature on all Disney owned networks within the C3 ratings window. The agreement also established DISH customers to access to all Disney networks via the internet. This includes live and VOD programming.



US Government Sides with Broadcasters:
The Department of Justice filed a brief with the Supreme Court that sided with the broadcasters, in their dispute with Areo. The DOJ states that AEREO is clearly infringing on the copyrights of the US broadcast networks with it's streaming service, without permission. We will know k=next month how much weight the DOJ has with the Supreme Court when deliberations begin.



HBO on PS3:
The service HBO GO has kaunched on PlayStation 3 consoles, starting today.The gaming platform now has the ability to let HBO subscribers watch HBO content via the device, much like an app on a smart phone. HBO is still working on an app for the PS4 and hopes to have that ready by the premiere of the 4th season of GAME OF THRONES.



GOTHAM's Bruce Wayne Cast:
The proposed FOX action drama GOTHAM has added a last piece to it's casting puzzle with the cast of it's young Bruce Wayne. David Mazouz, last seen in the FOX drama TOUCH, will be the orphaned Wayne in the series.
