Ratings Review: TRUE DETECTIVE (Season One)

HBO's TRUE DETECTIVE started off as just another HBO series. decent number of total viewers, but not the next DEADWOOD or GAME OF THRONES. But, as the season progressed, the fan base began to grow and the buzz was spreading.

 For the eight episode season, TRUE DETECTIVE averaged 2.21 million viewers and a 1.0 rating in Adults 18-49. It is a sure thing for a second season, but if HBO was smart, they would expand the episode order to 13 or even 16 episodes.
