Ratings: Broadcast Finals for March 24, 2014

What were the number of shows, from Monday night, that increased their ratings, from week-to-week? if you guessed just 6, then you are right. Of the 13 programs that aied on the five networks, on Monday night, less than half saw any increase in their ratings.
The biggest gainer was HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER. The second to last episode of the series jumped a hlf point in the demographic ratings and gained about 1.3 million viewers. In fact, all four CBS comedies were up in the ratings, from last week.

The smallest gain was THE FOLLOWING. It was even in the A18-49 numbers, but saw total viewership rise by abut 100k.

Of the seven programs that dropped in the ratings, THE VOICE and DANCING WITH THE STARS tumbled the most. Both series dropped over one million viewers and nearly a half point in the demo ratings.

The CW had a bit of reality hit them. What was looking like a promising Monday lineup, reverted right back to the ratings, form earlier in the season. both programs fell under one million total viewers and just 0.3 demo ratings. At this pint, both series are on the chopping block.

CBS - 6.9 million viewers, 2.0 rating in Adults 18-49
CW - 0.8 million viewers, 0.3 rating in Adults 18-49
FOX - 4.9 million viewers, 1.4 rating in Adults 18-49
NBC - 12.2 million viewers, 3.4 rating in Adults 18-49
