Ratings: Broadcast Finals for February 7, 2014

If you were watching TV on Friday night, more than likely you were watching the opening ceremonies of the Winter Olympic Games. The taped delayed broadcast, from Sochi, Russia, drew just under 32 million viewers and became the most watched, non live, winter games opening ceremonies, in 20 years. This excludes the 2010 games in Vancouver and the 2002 games in Utah. Compared to the Torin, Italy games, in 2006 , the opening ceremonies were up 43%.
For the other four broadcast networks, BLUE BLOODS encore was the most watched with 6.9 million viewers. ABC has the top two programs, in the A18-49 ratings, as 20/20 and a SHARK TANK encore each scored a 1.2 rating.

ABC - 4.6 million viewers, 1.1 rating in Adults 18-49
CBS - 5.6 million viewers, 0.8 rating in Adults 18-49
CW - 0.8 million viewers, 0.2 rating in Adults 18-49
FOX - 2.4 million viewers, 0.8 rating in Adults 18-49
NBC - 31.7 million viewers, 8.6 rating in Adults 18-49
