Primetime Cable Ratings: February 24, 2014
The return of Hulk Hogan to the WWE stage pushed up the ratings for USA. Week-to-week, the three hour average went up 8% to 4.7 million viewers and a 1.6 rating in Adults 18-49.Hulk Hogan, age 60, can still attract an audience, even after a six year absence from the WWE stage.RAW was also #4 in the Twitter TV ratings, grabbing a quarter of a million tweets and 2.3 million unique twitter accounts.
The DALLAS season premiere got off to a good start, finishing in the #5 position, with 2.7 million viewers. That is a little soft compared to both of last season's premiere and finale, which attracted 3 million viewers each. Season three is a test to see if the series can prosper without a JR Ewing in the story line.
