The full Nielsen rankings and ratings from #1 to #94:
FOX took an easy win on the week, thanks to one of the best performances by and NFC Championship game and a double shot premiere of AMERICAN IDOL. The network won all five reported categories, usually doubling up the next closest competitor in each category. FOX pushed six programs in the top 30, their best showing in quite a long time.
CBS was the #2 network, but had the most top 30 programs than any other network, with 15 top 30 programs. CBS had the #1 drama and the #1 comedy, of the week.
ABC did see a rise in the numbers, over the previous week, but nothing great. The network posted six programs in the top 30, but the top show for the network could only reach #15 (MODERN FAMILY).
Without football and THE VOICE, NBC had a rough time at collecting ratings. Just three programs made it over the 30th spot, lead by a very deflated THE BLACK LIST, with just 9.4 million viewers. The network was 4th place in all but one categore, as it topped CBS in the A18-34 ratings, to claim 3rd place.
The CW kicked off it's mid-season run with four of the fie night's airing orignal episodes of their respective series. Thursday night was filled by coverage of the Critics' Choice Movie Awards, which did well in total viewers, but suffered in the A18-49 numbers.
