Ratings: Broadcast Finals for November 9, 2013
College football dominated the Saturday night schedule and CBS was the clear leader of the night. Having what some claim is the best conference in college football, The SEC matchup drew just under 12 million viewers and a 4.1 rating in Adults 18-49. It easily was the best Saturday night performance of the season, for CBS. The network does not air many primetime college games, but when it does, people tune in to watch their game.
ABC and FOX brought in nearly identical ratings for their college games. ABC had a few thousand more viewers, but FOX was up one tenth of a ratings point in the A18-49 numbers.
NBC countered the college games with the MISS UNIVERSE PAGEANT. It faired about as well as repeat programing does on the night.
