FOX Announces Mid-Season Slate

FOX announced it's mid-season plans on Thursday and it will include two new series added to the schedule and four night getting changes in the new year.

The Animation Domination block will remain in tact over the winter. no plans to chang eo or move any of the four sierras.

Mondays will transition with the SLEEPY HOLLOW season final to air on January 20th, the same night that THE FOLLOWING will have part two it's second season premiere. Part one airs on the night before, after the NFC Championship game. Beginning on the 27th, ALMOST HUMAN will return to the 8 p.m. time slot, with THE FOLLOWING right after.
Tuesday night will get a small change in January as THE MINDY PROJECT will have it's winter finale on January 28th. BROOKLYN NINE-NINE will move to the 9:30 time slot, after NEW GIRL, the following week. Encores of BNN and double episodes of DADS will fill the 8:30 slot for two weeks, then a special AMERICAN IDOL will air on February 18th. The following Tuesday, GLEE moves to Tuesday nights at 8 p.m. THE MINDY PROJECT returns to the night on April 8th, at 9:30 p.m., after NEW GIRL.

AMERICAN IDOL will premiere on Wednesday, January 15th and Thursday, January 16th. The following Thursday night, the new series RAKE will premiere after AI, at 9 p.m.

The delayed new sitcom ENLISTED will premiere in its Friday time slot on January 10th, at 9:30 p.m., after RAISING HOPE.

- After all the movement, GLEE gets a break during the first two months of the new year, returning February 25th.

- THE MINDY PROJECT signs off on January 28th and returns April 8th.

- DADS will call it a season on February 11th

- BROOKLYN NINE-NINE's season finale is slated for March 25th.

- THE FOLLOWING will air on Mondays at 9 p.m., like last season.

- New series RAKE will air out of AMERICAN IDOL, Thursdays at 9 p.m.

- New sitcom ENLISTED will join the FOX schedule on Friday, January 10th, at 9:30 p.m.
