Complete Nielsen Ratings: Week of November 18 - 24, 2013
The full Nielsen rankings and ratings from #1 to #94:
ABC posted it's best week of the november sweeps, thanks to the best rated AMERICAN MUSIC AWARDS in years. The awards show produced 13.1 million viewers and a 4.5 rating in Adults 18-49, for three full hours. Compare that to the regular Sunday line up and ABC improved the night by tripling the demo ratings and more than doubling the viewer numbers. That helped improve the weekly average for the network and pushed it to second place, for the week, in Viewers, A18-49 demo ratings and households. In total, ABC placed seven programs in the top 30 most watched.
With another strong showing from SUNDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL pushed NBC to the top of the demographic ratings charts. However, the network fell back to third place in total viewers and households. A lot of that slip is from THE VOICE falling in the weekly chart. Neither edition made the top 10 most watched shows. Tuesday's airing ranked 14th and Mondays finished 19th. Plus, the freshman hit drama THE BLACKLIST did not air an episode. NBC only placed four programs in the top 30.
CBS finished #1 in total viewers with no special programming or sweeps stunts. That does hold down the younger demographic ratings, which if finished 4th. CBS placed 17 series in this week's top 30.
FOX was this week's 4th place network. Only the NFL overrun game (#1) and THE OT (#5) made it to the top 30 list. But, what FOX lacks in total viewership, it partly makes up in the younger demo ratings. It was second in the A18-34 numbers and a close 3rd place in the A18-49 ratings.
The CW took a tumble this week as the iHeart Radio/Lady Gaga special tanked in the ratings, in place of THE ORIGINALS.
