Ratings: Broadcast Finals for September 30, 2013
Things are not looking good for CBS. The premiere of WE ARE MEN was a disappointment, to say the least. The comedy drew just 6.6 million viewers and a 2.0 rating in Adults 18-49. That is down 17% in the demo ratings from last year's failed sitcom PARTNERS. But, it was even in total viewers. When you consider how bad the rest of the night is performing, it is only producing what it is being given. Week-to-week, CBS is down by double digits. It may be time for the Eye Network to move things around to get viewers back on the night.
ABC is not having a good Monday either. DANCING WITH THE STARS lost about one million viewers from last week and the demo ratings are down 16%. Could this be the last year for DWTS?
FOX stayed mostly steady, week-to-week. BONES was up in both viewers and A18-49 ratings, but SLEEPY HOLLOW was down, slightly, in its third week.
The King of Monday night, THE VOICE, was the #1 program in both viewers (14.1 million) and in Adults 18-49 (4.6). Compared to last week's premiere, the program was down nearly a million viewers and 8% in the demo ratings (5.1). But, no other program comes close to that on the night.
THE BLACKLIST held on to 90% of its series premiere viewership and 1/2 of a ratings point. It looks as if THE BLACK LIST is the first true hit of the 2012-13 season.
