Ratings: Broadcast Finals for October 5, 2013
Three of the four networks carried college football in primetime, while CBS gave us series encores and a new episode of 48 HOURS.
48 HOURS was the #2 program (tie) of the night in both viewers (4.9 million) and in the A18-49 ratings (0.9). It was down over a million viewers and 10% in the demo ratings, from last week's season premiere.
ABC easily took the night with its college football game of the Big Ten matchup of Ohio State and Northwestern, drawing 7.4 million viewers and a solid 2.5 rating in Adults 18-49. Both games on NBC and FOX couldn't even get 50% of the ABC ratings. Notch another Saturday win for ABC.
