Ratings: Broadcast Finals for October 28, 2013

Game five of the World Series pushed FOX past NBC to win the night in both total viewers and the A18-49 ratings. The game drew 14.5 million viewers and a 4.1 rating on the demo. The game saw Boston take a 3 games to 2 games lead in the series and it will head back to Boston for game 6 on Wednesday and, if needed, game 7 on Thursday.

ABC, with its combination of DANCING WITH THE STARS and CASTLE, drew more viewers than NBC. DWTS drew slightly more viewers over the two hour block than THE VOICE did. This could be the norm through the November sweeps and THE VOICE goes on its mid-season slide in the ratings. However, given all that, NBC still dominates ABC when it comes to the A18-49 ratings, nearly doubling up ABC on Monday night.

Monday Night Network Averages:
ABC - 12.4 million viewers, 2.1 rating in Adults 18-49
CBS - 6.7 million viewers, 2.1 rating in Adults 18-49
CW - 0.9 million viewers, 0.4 rating in Adults 18-49
FOX - 14.5 million viewers, 4.1 rating in Adults 18-49
NBC - 12.3 million viewers, 3.9 rating in Adults 18-49
