- CBS/Time Warner Cable strike a deal:
CBS is back on Time Warner Cable systems as a new deal was struck. No details announces, but it is believed that CBS will be getting $2 per subscriber for the flagship network. - 2014 AMERICAN IDOL judges set:
Harry Connick Jr. will join Jennifer Lopez and Keith Urban for the 2014 search for the next American Idol.
- LaBron James developing TV series:
The NBA superstar is developing a sitcom for STARZ titled SURVIVOR'S REMORSE. Producer Tom Warner (THE COSBY SHOW) and comedian Mike O'Malley are also attached. - Pay TV loses more subscribers:
Cable, satellite and telco operators lost a combined 366,000 subscribers during the period of April through June. That makes the 12 month grand total loss of 1.8 million subscribers.

30 ROCK's Alec Baldwin will host a new weekly talk show (UP LATE W/ALEC BALDWIN) on MSNBC
- After show for SOA:
Following the trend of TALKING DEAD, FX will air a new series ANARCHY AFTWARD to discuss the latest SONS OF ANARCHY episode. - New series DOMONION casts three:
Set to begin production later this month, the new SYFY series DOMINION has cast Christopher Egan, Tom Wisdom and Alan Dale. The series is based on the 2010 theatrical film LEGION.
