ESPN's coverage of the NASCAR race in Atlanta topped AMC's BREAKING bad in total viewers, 5.3 million to 4.4 million, but the drama powered over the race in the Adult 18-49 ratings, 2.2 to 1.5. Both programs were the only shows to attract an audience of over 2.5 million and just two of the three programs with an A18-49 rating over a 1.0. KEEPING UP WITH THE KARDASHIANS was the third program with a 1.2 demo rating.
FAMILY finally makes the top 10 chart, not because of an increased audience size, but with an earlier time slot. Usually the reruns of the show don't start until 11 p.m., but this holiday Sunday it got a 10:30 p.m. start. It finished 7th in viewers and 4th in the demo ratings.
