Ratings: Broadcast Finals for September 10, 2013

The summer is closing up on FOX as SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE aired its 10th season finale to lackluster numbers. The dance competition series drew in just 4.4 million viewers and a 1.4 rating in Adults 18-49. Nearly the same numbers it brought in last week. As down as this series has been all summer, it came as a shock, to me, that FOX renewed this turkey for an 11th season. Hopefully, it will be on Fridays and not the middle of the week.

Night two of the new game show MILLION SECOND QUIZ did decent ratings on its second night out. Down 11% to 12%, it collected 5.8 million viewers and a A18-49 rating of 1.5. This is not a hit by any means, but NBC is doing better than usually with the new property.

The President of the United States spoke last night, so programs after 9 p.m were delay by 15 minutes.
