Ratings: Broadcast Finals for September 20, 2013
Friday night its was all ABC's for the taking. Getting a jump on the other networks, ABC premiered all of its Friday night series and won every hour of the night, in the A18-49 ratings.
Kicking things off was LAST MAN STANDING which pulled in 6.7 million viewers for its third season premiere. That is down about 1.4 million viewers and 25% in the A18-49 ratings. Having the guys from DUCK DYNASTY apparently didn't help much.
Transplanted from Wednesdays, THE NEIGHBORS is already on a death watch. Losing nearly 30% in viewers and 20% of its demo ratings from its lead in, the sophomore sitcom was the lowest rated program of the night for ABC. If it never gets better, expect THE NEIGHBORS to move off the schedule.
The night's #1 program in both viewers and A18-49 ratings was SHARK TANK. The 5th season premiere drew 6.9 million viewers and a 1.9 demo rating. That is on par with last year's season premiere, on September 14th. Expect the reality series to be the #1 program of the night, through the season, at least within the A18-49 ratings.
The CW's combination of PERFECT SCORE and AMERICA'S NEXT TOP MODEL was consistent with recent airings.
