This week's cable sports chart is a little beefier as NFL football has arrived. Five preseason NFL games placed on the chart, four from the NFL Network. ESPN had the most watched NFL game, on Thursday, drawing 3.1 million viewers and a solid 1.2 rating in Adults 18-49. Once the season arrives, after Labor Day, NFL games will dominate this chart over the fall and early winter.
WWE RAW is still the most watched sports event on cable, collecting over four million viewers for its three hours of coverage, on USA. Wrestling takes five spots on the chart, as SMACKDOWN placed #5 and IMPACT WRESTLING, on Spike, finish in the #9 position.
