Ratings: Broadcast Finals for July 1, 2013

NBC gave us the season premiere of the reality competition series AMERICAN NINJA WARRIOR and the numbers were not too bad. Drawing 5.04 million viewers and a 1.7 rating in Adults 18-49, the program was second in its time period to ABC's THE BACHELOR. The premiere was also down from last year's premiere by 29% in the demo ratings, but in 2012, the series had AMERICA'S GOT TALENT as a lead in.

Following AMERICAN NINJA WARRIOR is the new reality series SIBERIA and the ratings were left out in the cold. Losing nearly 40% of its lead in, the series premiere hauled in just 3.1 million viewers and a 1.1 demo rating.

Week two of THE DOME did well in retaining its premiere audience. The summer collected 11.8 million viewers and a 2.9 demo ratings. That translates to an 87% retention of last week's ratings. That is well within the accepted range for a new series, in week #2

THE BACHELORETTE was down 10% in demo getting just a 1.8 rating this week.

ABC - 5.6 million viewers, 1.6 rating in Adults 18-49.

CBS - 7.2 million viewers, 1.8 rating in Adults 18-49.

CW - 0.6 million viewers, 0.3 rating in Adults 18-49.

FOX - 1.5 million viewers, 0.6 rating in Adults 18-49.
NBC - 4.4 million viewers, 0.2 rating in Adults 18-49
