Top Primetime Cable Sports Programs - June 17 - 23, 2013
Another light week in primetime cable sports programming as Wrestling dominates the ratings. WWE RAW, on USA, bested game two of the NHL STANLEY CUP in total viewers, but the NHL game did top wrestling in the A18-49 demo ratings. Since they are both owned by the parent company COMCAST, they are the real winners of this week's sports ratings.
The lone non-COMCAST network program was ESPN's coverage of international soccer matches for the World Cup. 1.13 million viewers tuned in Tuesday night to watch the world's most popular sport, instead of the NBA Finals, on ABC.
