Social TV Activity Chart for June 25, 2013
MTV tops the cable chart with season two premiere of CATFISH: THE TV SHOW, with over 712,000 social media posts on Tuesday. The popular reality series has expanded its season, now with 16 episodes planed though early October.
PRETTY LITTLE LIARS and WIMBLEDON on ESPN both attract large activity as each draw social messaging well into the six-figure range.
On the broadcast side, AMERICA'S GOT TALENT edges Dr. OZ for the top spot, as both exceed 99, 000 posts. That number is a good number for a daytime program, like DR. OZ, but I would have expected more from AGT being it is regularly the top rated summer series.
