Ratings: Broadcast Finals for June 5, 2013

MASTERCHEF is the show to beat on Wednesdays this summer as it pulled in an average of 5.5 million viewers and a solid 2.3 demo rating, over two hours on FOX. The cooking series was down, slightly, in total viewers, but was up a tenth of a ratings point in the demo, for the 9 p.m. episode.

Fellow cooking competition series THE AMERICAN BAKING COMPETITION also saw viewership down, but rose in the A18-49 ratings by 10%. If it can be given time, the series could be a decent summer performer for CBS.

DATELINE had the night's biggest week-to-week drop, losing 1.5 million viewers and 27% in the demo ratings. That drop plus LAW & ORDER: SVU returning dropped NBC into 4th place in the network demo ratings averages.
