Daily Top 10 Primetime Cable Programs: June 25, 2013
The networks of Time-Warner cleaned up on Tuesday nigh as eight of the ten shows on the chart were either TNT or TBS programs.
RIZZOLI & ISLES was the most watched program, collecting an strong 6.6 million viewers and a 1.4 rating in Adults 18-49, for its season premiere. That is down 800,000 viewers from its previous season's average.
Following RIZZOLI & ISLES was the sophomore drama PERCEPTION. Drawing four million viewers and a 0.8 demo rating, it lost over 40% of the viewers and demo ratings from its strong lead in. Alone, those numbers look good, but the erosion may not help the series come renewal time.
THE BIG BANG THOERY was the dominate show on the chart, with five episodes. Two of the episodes posted the top A18-49 ratings, with a 1.5 mark. Also, when you compare the TBBT numbers to the broadcast ratings, it would be the #3 show in the A18-49 demographic.
