Social TV Activity Chart for April 24, 2013

DUCK DYNASTY closed out its third season with a one hour finale and it scored over 264,000 social messages. But, that total was only good enough for second place. Once again, the marquee match up in the NBA Playoffs took the top spot with 730k. Even an average Laker's team will get great numbers with a national broadcast.

NBA Playoffs did truly dominate the social TV landscape yesterday. Three games placed in the top five and they had a combined total of just under 1,000,000 social messages relating to the games. The Thursday games may top it as the defending champions play at 7 p.m., The Bulls/Net tip off at 8:30 p.m. and the other LA team battle Memphis at 9:30 p.m.

On the broadcast side of the chart, the CW placed both of its Wednesday's shows on the chart, at #4 and #5. SUPERNATURAL out delivered ARROW, 42k to 37k.
