Complete Nielsen Ratings: Week of April 8, 2013
The full Nielsen rankings and ratings from #1 to #100:
For the third week in a row, CBS sweeps all measured categories, lead by the NCAA Men's Basketball Championship Game with 23.4 million viewers and a dominate 8.4 rating in Adults 18-49. Along with the #1 program of the week, CBS produced four shows in the top 10, and 20 of the top 30 programs.
NCIS and NCIS: LA were the only two scripted programs in the top 10. The remaining eight were the basketball game, 60 minutes and six talent competitions (THE VOICE, AMERICAN IDOL and DWTS).
THE VOICE were the only two programs NBC managed to get inside the top 30. The same goes for FOX, as AI was it only two entries on the chart. ABC did fair better with for additional programs ranking high, lead by the comedy MODERN FAMILY (#15).
As the season draws to a close, season/series finales have begun. The CW's THE CARRIE DIARIES did not close out its freshmen season very well. Just one million viewers tuned in to the teen prequel.
GO ON also went out with a whimper as just 2.7 million viewers cared enough to watch on Thursday night.
In series premiere ratings, NBC's READY FOR LOCVE laid an egg. Getting a prime spot, out of THE VOICE, just 3.8 million viewers watched the two hour premiere.What is worse is that the new dating series lost 72% of the lead in audience THE VOICE delivered.
ABC gave us two hour of original content on Saturday, with the premiere of the game show BET ON YOUR BABY. Over the two hours, the program averaged 2.3 million viewers and a 0.6 demo rating. It did beat SMASH, on NBC, during the 8 p.m. hour.
