Ratings: Broadcast Finals for March 23, 2013
Saturday night, CBS televised the NCAA Tournament and it was the only program to attract any significant number of viewers. The 2.5 hours of prime time coverage for the tournament drew 6.3 million viewers and a relatively strong 2.0 in the demo ratings. This is the best showing for CBS, so far, of the three nights of coverage.
Despite the improved lead in, 48 HOURS drew an audience similar to its season average. 4 million viewers and a 1.1 demo rating.
