Classic TV Raitings and Rankings: 1967-68
Top new show for 1967-68 was GENTLE BEN, ranking 19th. It beat out such classic freshmen series like THE CAROL BURNETT SHOW and mid-season show ROWAN & MARTIN'S LAUGH-IN.
On the network level, CBS is still king, placing 17 programs on the chart, including the five of the top six, seven of the top ten, and 10 of the top 15. NBC easily placed second with 10 charting programs, including two NBC NIGHT AT THE MOVIES slots. ABC pretty much hit bottom with just four programs charting, with BEWITCHED leading the network at #11.
