Ratings Review: ANGER MANAGEMENT

You knew when ANGER MANAGEMENT had its series premiere that it would attract a large audience and FX was counting on just that. The June 28 double episode debut averaged over 5.5 million viewers and a very solid 2.2 rating in Adults 18-49. FX had its next hit, or so it thought.

After the curiosity factor ended, ANGER MANAGEMENT was only drawing around two to two and a half million viewers. Less than half of what the premiere delivered. But for cable, if you can deliver 2.5 million viewers, you will live a long life. Anger Management got the 90 episode back order from FX, so expect lots of Sheen over the next few years.
