Ratings Review: FREE AGENTS

What's was the first series cancelled in the fall of 2011? Give Up? It was FREE AGENTS, lasting only four episodes over 21 days. Personally, the series was not that bad. It had some decent characters and was writren well, but it had too many other things against it.

1) It was on NBC - Right now, if you are a new TV series and was picked up by NBC, you may not get a big following or big ratings.

2) It had UP ALL NIGHT as a lead in. - I thought UP ALL NIGHT was worse than FREE AGENTS, but it somehow got a second season.

3) Hank Azaria as its leading man - He is a good actor, but it is best used as a supporting character. People did not buy him in a romantic lead.
