Ratings: Broadcast Finals for August 12, 2012
It is always a little sad when any Olympic games come to an end, but I am thankful to finally get some sleep. Staying up until midnight each night was killing me. My favorite moments of the Summer games were:
- McKayla Maroney's Vault in the team competition. As close to perfection as I have ever seen.
- The Gold winning performance in the Men's Individual Highbar. Amazing acrobatics without killing himself.
- Catching only the last 15 minutes of the USA vs CANADA womens soccer game, in the second OT. with less than 30 seconds left, a header wins the game for team USA.
- Michael Phelps winning his 20th career Olympic medal.
