Emmy Awards Announced - My Favorites of 2011-12 Season
It is no secret that I think the Emmy Awards, actually all awards shows, are flawed, skewed, pretensions and just plain dumb. Trying to award what is "Best" within an art form is wrong. Its all opinion, not a measurable task. (List of this year's Emmys)
In football, the team with the most points, wins. In the Olympics, the athlete with the best time, wins. But, with the Emmy Awards, the series or actor with the most schmooze, hype, sympathy, seems to win.
So, here are my nominated favorites for this past season.
