THE MOB DOCTOR is a fast-paced medical drama featuring a brilliant young female cardiothoracic surgeon who is split between two distinct worlds as she juggles her promising medical career with her lifelong debt as a doctor to Chicago’s Southside mob.In order to save her brother, she agreed to do "anything" to keep him alive. Now, she may have to pay the ultimate price of life or death.

THE MOB DOCTOR may have been a better movie project that a TV series.

The trailer does capture you. It looks exciting, lots of conflict, action mystery and suspense. But can a new medical drama succeed where HOUSE has been failing the last 9 months? The cards are stacked against TMD with DWTS, TWO AND A HALF MEN and THE VOICE all competing directly against it at 9pm. With the stiff competition, I will only give it a 6 out of 10 to not get whacked before Christmas.
