Live + 7 Ratings: Top 7s for May 7 - 13
NCIS, MODERN FAMILY, THE BIG BANG THEORY are the only three series to make the TOP7 in both charts.NCIS easily leads the pack in total viewers. With 21.1 million viewers, it is the only series over 18 million viewers. MODERN FAMILY, (15.1 million) and CASTLE (15.1 million) are the only two non-CBS programs on the viewers chart. CASTLE may not be liked by many, but it is grabbing lots of viewers for ABC.
MODERN FAMILY (6.7 rating) is the lone series to post a demo rating over a 6.0. GREY'S ANATOMY has rebounded nicely this spring. That will bode well for ABC as it will have its hands full next fall with the mega-line up from CBS.
NEW GIRL is the lone FOX entry on either chart. It continues for keep viewers via DVR, but it will have have a tough time anchoring the all comedy Tuesday line up next season. THE MINDY PROJECT and BEN and KATE need to be solid, if not great, to keep NEW GIRL up in the ratings.
