CBS Announces 2012-13 Schedule
CBS has released its 2012-13 primetime schedule and even though they did not expand to four hours of comedies, doesn't mean there wasn't a major move with the sitcoms. to strengthen and solidify their Thursday lineup, TWO AND A HALF MEN is being moved to Thursdays at 8:30pm. With the addition of the new procedural drama ELEMENTARY (10pm), CBS could have one of the strongest nights, in recent years, by any network.Taking over the 9:00pm Monday slot will be the hit freshman series 2 BROKE GIRLS. The lone new comedy, PARTNERS, will occupy tthe 8:30pm slot.
Three new dramas are on the schedule. Tuesdays at 10:00pm is retro cop show VEGAS. At 10:00pm on Thursdays is the Sherlock Holmes based drama ELEMENTARY. Taking the 9:00pm slot on Fridays is the legal drama MADE IN JERSEY.
To make room for ELEMENTARY, THE MENTALIST moves to 10:00pm on Sundays, After THE GOOD WIFE. and CSI: NY now kicks off Fridays nights, leading into JERSY.
