2011-12 Ratings Review: Allen Gregory

FOX knows its Animation Domination block is getting weaker and weaker as each season passes. In 2011-12 they introduced the new animated series ALLEN GREGORY. It had the nice post THE SIMPSONS time slot of 8:30pm, Sundays. The only thing that AG didn't have was quality. It was terribly unfunny and more & more  viewers shed the program as each week passed.

For its premiere episode, ALLEN GREGORY lost 40% of the audience from THE SIMPSONS lead in. Over the losses from episode on to the last episode (#7) it lost 1.4 million viewers and almost a full ratings point in the 18-49 demographic.On December 8, 2012, FOX confirmed the cancellation of ALLEN GREGORY.
