Undercover Boss Gets Post Super Bowl Spot
CBS announced that the new reality program UNDERCOVER BOSS will get the coveted post Super Bowl time slot in February. The reaction of most TV fans has been outrage and discuss. But I do beg to differ with this popular opinion. IF this new series has a chance to be good, then this is a great way to launch it and get sampled.
In recent years, the Post SB slot has been given to established hits. The ratings for those episodes have been typical for a post SB slot, but ratings for those series, in its regular time slot, have not seen much a bump after its Super Bowl airing. The biggest reason is because opinions on those series have been set. You are not going to get many, if any, new viewers for a series after airing for 4 years. UNDERCOVER BOSS may never be a hit, but it is not a bad move for CBS to use the slot to launch a new series.

Survivor Finale
I am on record as saying that Russel H got robbed. Like him or hate him, he was the player that controlled the whole game this season. He, in my opinion, is the best player to ever play the game. Usually, we see a couple of jury members bitter about being voted off, but to see an entire jury like this shows a lack of character and respect for the game of SURVIVOR. But, at least Russel H did get some vindication by being voted the Player of the season by the fans. I can't wait for the Heroes vs Villains season, starting in February.
