Preliminary Ratings: Friday 07/27/2018

NBC takes a low rated Friday night, averaging 2.7 million viewers and a 0.5 rating in Adults 18-49. It topped the first two hour of the night, with an encore of AMERICAN NINJA WARRIOR grabbing 2.6 million viewers and posted a 0.5 rating in the A18-49 demographic. At 10 PM, DATELINE continues the winning by taking the hour with 3.0 million viewers and a 0.6 demo rating.

CBS was the most watched network, with an average of 3.6 million viewers and 0.4 rating demographic average. WHISTLEBLOWER attracted 3.2 million viewers and a 0.4 rating in Adults 1849, for the 8 PM hour. An encore of H5O grew to 3.4 million viewers and kept all of its lead in demo rating, at 9 PM. BLUE BLOODS, at 10 PM, was the most watched show of the night, with 4.3 million viewers, but was third in the hour, in the A18-49 demo, with a 0.4 rating.

For ABC, QUANTICO was third, at 8 PM, attracting just 2.7 million viewers and posting a 0.4 rating in the key demographic.At 9 PM< WHAT WOULD YOU DO rose to a 0.5 demo rating, while keeping 2.6 million viewers. 20/20 pushed viewership up to 2.8 million, while maintaining a 0.5 demo rating.

FOX was a dismal fourth place on the night as both encore programs could only top The CW. THE RESIDENT encore drew 1.7 million viewers and a 0.3 demographic rating, while THE ORVILLE dropped to 1.1 million viewers and a 0.2 demo, at 9 PM.

On The CW, MASTERS OF ILLUSION averaged 900k in viewership, and a 0.2 demo rating, to lead of the night, while an repeat of PENN & TELLER: FOOL US held onto its lead in numbers, at 9 PM.
