Final Broadcast Ratings: February 28, 2018

CBS finally breaks NBC's string of consecutive wins, thanks to the spring season premiere of SURVIVOR. The two hour opener posted the night's best numbers, with 8.2 million viewers and a 1.7 rating in Adults 18-49. That is only down slightly from last spring's premiere of 8.3 million viewers and a 1.8 demo rating. SEASL TEAM followed SURVIVOR, retaining just a third of the A18-34 audience and half of the A18-49 age group.

FOX comes in second with a solid performance from 9-1-1, scoring the second best demographic ratings of the night. Compared to its last original episodes, on Feb. 7, it is down 600,000 viewers and two-tenths of a point in the A18-49 demo. THE X-FILES continues to disappoint, placing 4th in the 8 PM hour.

NBC edges ABC for third on then night, as the NBC crime dramas are down from their recent averages, before the Olympics hiatus.

ABC started the night solid, with a #2 finish for THE GOLDBERGS, but was last at 10 PM, with the return of DESIGNATED SURVIVOR.
