NBC wins the Tuesday night ratings, sweeping the demographic categories and finishing second in total viewers. THE VOICE and THIS IS US were the #1 show in all three demos, winning their respective time slots. THE VOICE was flat, week-to-week, while THIS IS us was down about 10% in the demos. At 10 PM, LAW & ORDER: TRUE CRIME tied for 1st in the hour, but losses 55% in total viewers and 60% in the A18-49 demo, from its lead in.
CBS takes second as the most watched network of the night, and producing the two most watched programs of the night in NCIS and BULL. NCIS: NEW ORLEANS did win the hour in viewers and in the A25-54 demographic. All three dramas were relatively flat, week-to-week.
The ABC comedies push the network to a 3rd place finish as all five shows saw audience erosion from last week's premieres.
The CW premiered its Tuesday night line up, which beat FOX and tied ABC in the A18-34 demographic. THE FLASH kicked things off with 2.8 million viewers and a 1.1 rating in Adults 18-49. That is down 400,000 viewers and under 20% in the demo, from last year's premiere. At 9 PM, LEGENDS OF TOMORROW held onto 1.7 million viewers and a 0.6 demo rating. That is on par with its 2016 premiere, on a Thursday night.
FOX did not have a good night, as LETHAL WEAPON was fifth in its 8 PM time slot. and the two 9 PM comedies just edged the CW for 4th in the hour.
