Final Broadcast Ratings: March 9, 2017

There were two premieres on Thursday night, neither did well in the ratings. On ABC< season two of THE CATCH debuted to just 3.7 million viewers and a 0.8 rating in Adults 18-49. It did win its time slot, but it is a very weak time slot. THE CATCH did lose roughy 40% of its SCANDAL lead in.

On FOX, the reality series, KICKING AND SCREAMING did no better than the low rated MY KITCHEN RULES, the show it replaced on the schedule. K&S was 4th in its time slot, just above The CW's SUPER NATURAL.

CBS' all original lineup toped the night in most viewers and was #1 in the A18-49 demo and the older, A25-54 demo. ABC was #1 in the A18-34 demo. THE BIG BANG THEORY was the #1 show on the night, while TRAINING DAY (now headed to Saturday nights) tied for the worst numbers of the night, from a BIG 4 network.

NBC was the #4 network, with just CHICAGO MED doing decent numbers. The medical drama was a competitive third in the 9 PM time slot. At 10 PM, THE BLACKLIST REDEMPTION tied TRAINING DAY as the lowest rated show of the night.
