Final Broadcast Ratings: March 23, 2017

The first night of the NCAA Men's Sweet Sixteen games pushed CBS to sweep the night in the ratings, averaging 6.1 million viewers and a 2.0 rating in Adults 18-49. That is up over 1.4 million viewers and 35% in the A18-49 demo, from last week's games.

GREY'S ANATOMY led ABC to a second place finish, collecting 7.8 million viewers and a 1.9 rating in the demo. It is the top non-sports program of the night, with very little competition against it. But, with the increased viewership for the Basketball games, GREY'S was down, week-to-week.

FOX and NBC battled it out for a distant third place showing, as the two networks were near even in all three demographic categories. NBC was in encore for half the night and viewers don't care about half the FOX schedule.
