Top 100 Primetime Cable: September 5 - 11, 2016

College football rules the weekly cable chart, as the Monday night game, featuring Ole Miss and Florida State, collected 8.4 million viewers and a solid 3.0 rating in Adults 18-49. That is double the show with the second best A18-49 rating and nearly 60% more total viewers than the second most watched program. ESPN scores a second game in the top 25, as the Saturday night game hauled in2.5 million viewers.

The series finale of RIZZOLI & ISLES was the #2 over program of the week, and the best scripted original series of the week. The long running crime drama drew 5.3 million viewers for its final episode. That boosted its TNT lead out, MAJOR CRIMES, as it held about 80% over the audience, at 10 PM.

The Miniseries HARLEY AND THE DAVIDSONS did good numbers for Discovery, as all theee night made the top 10. The series averaged 3.3 million viewers and a 0.9 rating in the A18-49 demo.

OWN'S new drama series, QUEEN SUGAR ranked 20th overall, with 2.7 million viewers for the series premiere. The premiere followed the season finale of THE HAVES & HAVE NOTS, while the regular time slot episode, on Wednesday night, brought in 2.1 million viewers, a 22% drop.
