Primetime Cable Ratings: July 31, 2016

SHARKNADO: THE 4TH AWAKENS was Sunday's #1 program, drawing 2.8 million viewers and a 0.8 rating in Adults 18-49, for the premiere airing of the campy horror movie. That is just slightly lower than last year's movie, which brought in a 0.9 demo rating. That should be good enough for a fifth installment of the franchise to be made for 2017.

POWER was the night's best rated show among Adults 18-49, as the Stars drama posted a 0.9 rating. That is up from last week's 0.8 rating, but down from the 1.1 rating the season premiere drew.
