Ratings Review: iZOMBIE (Season One)

If you were a TV executive, would you greenlight a series that has a Zombie (hot subject for TV shows) solving crimes with humans? Make that Zombie attractive and you have The CW on board! As crazy as that premise sounds, it has ignited a new hit series for the #5 network, grabbing relative good ratings and headed for a second season this fall.

In the Live+SD ratings, iZOMBIE averaged 1.76 million viewers and a 0.7 rating in Adults 18-49. For the Live+3 rating, viewership grew about 45% and the demo ratings rose 43%. Healthy growth for three days.

By the first week, the Live+7 ratings totaled 2.79 million viewers, up a million from L+SD, and the A18-49 demo posted a 1.1 rating, up 57%.
