Ratings Review: THE FOLLOWING (Season Three)
About half way through the second season, you could see the appeal of THE FOLLOWING had been lost. It closed out that season with half the ratings it did in the season opener. Season three, this season, dropped near 50% from the season two finale, and only got worse from there, including the series finale.For the Live+SD ratings, THE FOLLOWING averaged just 3.45 million viewers and an Adults 18-49 demographic rating of a 1.1. The Live+7 ratings rose up to 5.86 million viewers (+70%) and a 2.0 demo rating (+81%).
