Ratings Review: MASTERS OF ILLUSION (Season Three)
The CW held back four episodes the summer series, MASTERS OF ILLUSION to help bridge the game it had on Friday nights, between the fall series and the spring. The success is all relative, but considering how bad some dramas do in the time slot, MASTERS OF ILLUSION did decent ratings.
The high points are the one episode drawing over a million viewers and the season finale that posted a 0.4 demo rating. Compared to recent dramas like NIKITA and THE CARRIE DIARIES, MOI did better on the night than they did.
The series is a great temporary solution for a night that has few viewers that the CW targets. We should see more new episodes this summer of the series.
