Ratings Review: MANHATTAN (Season One)

Viewers are still not accustomed to "Super Station" WGN America scheduling original dramas. They think of the networks as where you watch Cubs games and reruns of some of your favorite classic comedies. But, the network will press on with MANHATTAN, the networks second scripted series.

There was some interest in the series premiere as the episode did come close to one million viewers, but like most series, nowadays, viewers don't watch it live, they will catch it on demand or via DVR. So, the ratings hover around 300 and 400 thousand viewers each week, and would barely register an A18-49 demo rating.

For the season, MANHATTAN averaged 400,000 viewers and barely a 0.1 rating in Adults 18-49, for the first 13 episodes. WGN did order a second season of MANHATTAN, for 2015.
