Ratings Review: IF LOVING YOU IS WRONG (Season One - Fall 2014)

The cable network OWN is starting find its ratings grove. Its success is coming from the growing list of Tyler Perry series on the network. The latest, IF LOVING YOU IS WRONG, is another relatively strong series for the network to build upon.

From the premiere to the fall finale, IF LOVING YOU IS WRONG was a consistent performer in the cable ratings. Just a few hundred thousand viewers is the difference from the highest to the lowest rated episodes. Just two tenths was the variance for the demo ratings.

The lone DVR ratings received gives us a glimpse that most viewers are either watching the series the same day it airs, or waiting beyond the 4th day after its airs. About a 20% increase is added after the third day.

For the season, IF LOVING YOU IS WRONG averaged 1.75 million viewers and a o.5 rating in Adults 18-49. The series will return in March of 2015, to complete the first season.
