Ratings Review: DOMINION (Season One)

The first year series DOMINION had a relatively good first season on SyFy. It was able to keep nearly all the ratings from it's DEFIANCE lead in and in some instances, build upon the numbers.

I found it interesting that the series is filmed on lactation, in Cape Town, South Africa. Not unusual for an international production, but not common for a cable network production. Usually Canada is the preferred location for these types of series.

For the eight episode season, DOMINION averaged 1.61 million viewers and a 0.5 rating in Adults 18-49. No word yet on a second season order.
