Ratings Review: SURVIVOR (Spring 2014)

The 28th edition of SURIVIOR may be one of the most consistently rated editions in the series history. Less than 600,000 separate the highest and lowest viewership, and three tenths of a ratings point between the best and worst demographic ratings.

Surprisingly, SURVIVOR does decent numbers when the DVR numbers are added in. Another two million viewers and an increase of about 30% in the demo are added. Something most reality shows don't get.

For the season, 13 episode season, SURVIVOR averaged 9.61 million viewers and a 2.4 rating in Adults 18-49. The Reunion special collected just 7.14 million viewers. The series will have two more editions in 2014-15, puting it with 30 seasons of the series by the end of may, 2015.
